No, it's unwise to bribe your downline and unethical, what you are giving to your downlines are incentives for a job well performed, that idea (INCENTIVEs/REWARDs) enhances them to be more productive for the success of your team. And as an advice( although you're not asking it), please that word "bribe" I believe is inappropriate chose of word and does not belong to the environment of this business.
