Dont make a mistake here, bribe is not the same as reward. You need to reward people for their work, but for their hard work, not for some little or not important things.

Give them a little note about rewards, make them earn it, dont give them task but let them know that you will reward them if they do good job, if they follow your example, respect rule of duplication...
