It is definitely not a good idea to "bribe" your downline. This is because they may become dependent on you giving them these extras. However, I do not see anything wrong with awarding your "workers" for their hard work. If you have a PSA who is achieving high every month, giving them a small token of your appreciation just shows them that they are important to you as a team member. Sometimes, such incentive can encourage a hard worker to work even harder.
