I am not sure if we should use the word bribe, because your downline do need help. Focus on the Psa that are really trying to maintain their EA status.
If you have a few PSA that is really working, but find it difficult to maintain their status, maybe then you can assist them with a few gift certificates to hand out.
The T credits whe you use them give you versa points. Maybe if you see that they need a few points to retain their status you can help them.
