Forgive me if I am wrong, maybe I interpret your question incorrectly, but this is what I think you may be asking:
By offline, I am assuming you mean meeting a group face-to-face, in person. In which case, that is a great idea if you have a number in your team who are close by enough in location to attend.
Is it a structure you want recommending? And methods to bring people together?
To organise meetings, you could set up a FB group for your team, or a Meetup group, if meetup.com is available to you, or send email newsletters informing of in-person sessions, perhaps on a monthly basis.
You could have a theme for each meeting, e.g. marketing, recruiting, blogging, etc. Do an introductory talk yourself, maybe organise a practical group activity, then invite team members to share their own experiences of what they have found most useful.
Apart from the training side of things, this would be a great social aspect as many self-employed people do find it a lonely occupation, and mutual encouragement and social support would be motivational.
Let us know how you get on (if i have interpreted your question correctly).
Best wishes :)
