If your mind set is such that your are bribing your downline when you send an incentive you are doing it for the wrong reasons. Every month I set aside some money that I use to assist my downline. I never send much more than $2.00. Sometimes I send $5.00 if they really need that amount. I keep this money in my SFI account and use it for these occasions.
1. I check my genealogy around the 20th of every month carefully and if I have any members who have been logging in daily and completing the tasks but are short 100 VP to make EA I will them $2.00. I usually send an E-card of congratulation on making it this far with a thank you for being in my downline and tell them how grateful I am that they are on my team. Why do I do this? I would rather help them get the VP they need so that I get the 100 VP I need for matching. If I spend $4.00 a month on helping two members make EA2 to get 200 vp,it is cheaper and more valuable than to purchase Tcredits to spend in auctions for the same 200 VP. Often the $2.00 I spend mean that I remain a BTL. This way it is a win win for both of us.
2. I use several incentives. I send the e-cards, personal emails, reassign people and I send $2.00 gift certificates regularly. All of these things help. I send them to both PSA's and CSA. I don't bribe them, I congratulate them and thank them regularly for helping me make BTL each month.
Most people who work SFI are hard working disciplined and caring people. They don't want to be bribed, they want to make it on their own, and they want to help me and others in any way they can to make it too. Using incentives to improve my business and help them at the same time, is just good business and not bribes. Do you consider a salary or a bonus a bribe? I consider the gift certificates I send as a bonus for the good work they are doing.
