Personally, I wouldn't advise it. Sure, you can reward your PSAs when they've achieved some high goals, but offering them a "bribe," per se, is a big no-no. That would be like a fixed ball game, such as the coach paying kickbacks to the referee to get calls made in their favor. Not exactly good for either your business or your conscience.
SFI is built on honesty and integrity. Let's continue to keep that morale high so others don't have to worry about bribes or other shady practices.
