The best way of course is as they say 'eyeball to eyeball.' That is face to face and each others physical presence on a regular basis.
If you are able to meet up with some if not all of your PSA, I would highly recommend that you do just that. You could meet over a cup of coffee initially, getting to know each other and then progress from there.
You may have set out to train them but I suspect that after a short while friendships will develop and you will have yourself a nice and active team of affiliates, sharing ideas and encouraging each other along and introducing new members (affiliates) to the coffee club. New members to the club must be current members' SFI affiliates of course.
You can of course organise a seminar for a day or two - hire a venue if you don't have one of your own - organise the program/speakers/admin/set fees/advertise/catering etc.
This can be not only for training purposes but also for recruiting.
