Yes, I believe that a good leader should necessarily help its affiliates to achieve certain goals. This behavior as well as to grow in esteem you, your sister will feel flattered and most certainly not alone.
The union is strength, and keep the group together is a must for a leader.
Give honest advice and wise in the long run, I can guarantee that makes it so much that an affiliate, will never give up the achievements.
So, always remember that an affiliate must always worth winning.
