I would recommend every kind of marketing method, both offline and online, to new PSAs.
Encourage your PSAs to think about the possibilities available to them offline. Do they have friends and family who may be receptive to becoming involved either as PSAs, ECAs or PRMs, or whether they might even help by putting up flyers for them?
Are there places where they can distribute the $12 gift cards? Are there craft markets and small businesses where your PSAs might find ECAs?
SFI has a great range of marketing methods available to use. Encourage your PSAs to read these and work out what would work the best for them. Are they computer literate enough to set up their own blog or website. Both of these would be great marketing methods if your PSA can do it. If these are too hard, there is safelist and traffic exchange advertising, which are time consuming, especially if you have to click for credits.
Experiment with the different methods and use the banners and text ads supplied by SFI as well as creating your own. Keep track of what you do and see what is working - then do more of that!
