I would recommend you send a team email to PSAs, see how many are interested in attending some kind of offline training classes, and what kinds of information would they like to learn more about.
If you get at least 6-8, that would be a comfortable size group to work with. A few more would be ok, I would say no more than 12.
THEN, you would need to figure how long it would take you to put the training presentation together & find a place (school facility, church Sunday school room, etc.) in which to have the seminar. Then coordinate with your group to find out what is most commonly chosen day and time that will work out best for most of them.
