I would like to answer your question regarding how to go about utilizing webinars in marketing and training your downline. I am going to assume that you have not put together a webinar before.
A webinar of course is defined as "seminars on the internet" or "live online events". This type of presentation differs from pre-recorded.
For live, interactive webinars, all attendees require a fast and stable internet connection (nothing worse than "freeze frames"), a computer, headset or speakers and a mic to ask questions and interact. From the "speakers" side, you will need to determine where to host your webinar and here in Canada "Go to meeting.com" is a popular webinar hosting service. Unless you require an ongoing hosting plan, webinar hosting services can be utilized at no charge. All attendees are required to check their internet speed beforehand and arrive at the meeting/webinar/training "room" 10 - 15 minutes early. The instructor sends out complete instructions beforehand and these instructions are usually two page of how to attend.
I would like to suggest another method of delivering training for your consideration.
Unless you are a pro at putting on webinars/seminars/courses, Udemy.com offers free "How to Create a Udemy Course" "How to Teach Online" "Course Creation" (etc, etc) that are very valuable and loaded with advice, ideas, what works, what doesn't and so much more. Basically, you can create your own "recorded training" with just your webcam and mic; software programs such as Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Movie Maker; and that's it. Your production can then be uploaded into YouTube or otherwise distributed by email accordingly. By viewing Udemy's FREE "How To" instructional videos, you will be able to pick up ideas and increase the professionalism and content of your course and create a course that just keeps on giving.
I hope this helps!
