I must say, I'm not sure it's the type of ad that does the trick. My only active PSAs are the ones I talked to and got to know, before them signing up to SFI as my downline.
I see people having lots of new members signing up, some even every day, but very few of those member stay active. As any business, SFI is first of all made of people, and where there are people, there must be relationships. I find sending a welcome message and even offering support ones signed up, does still not convince new members about the potential of SFI, because after all, how many of us trust a complete stranger.
Therefore I suggest you trying a different approach, sponsoring doesn't neccessaraly have to happen through ads. Try building relationships with people who you think might find SFI interesting and worth while trying to make a success.
