I have composed an ad that got people with serious marketing experience to send me their CV's. Sadly, this was the time when we had that cyber attack. Another problem was that these people were so serious that business opportunity wasn't secure enough for them and they wanted a secure paycheck. BUT- the ad attracted serious people, meaning maybe it would gave me some actives if our website wasn't under attack.
It said:
"International business offer. Serious workers wanted for marketing and sales commission work. Comissions paid for sold products, sales of personally recruited vendors and training new workers between 10th and 15th every month."
More important- i posted it on social networks and it got likes and comments and no one reported it as spam, because i used only a simple blog post- proffessional looking with START NOW button linked to my gateway.This one had the response i told you about, but I don't think there is ever going to be an ad to post that will be sure to attract actives.
On the other hand, maybe some ads can attract people who think constructive and out-of-the-box- like we do!So maybe to go visual- compose a visually stimulating poster, consulting psychology books.
I haven't had any engaged PSA's yet, but what i learned about ads was: You have to find a middle ground between a too general text and too detailed text. Too general like "Join me now!!!" or two detailed that goes into compensation plan are something that would repell prospecitves.
for me, it was that one ad that had the best response, and thank you for posting this question, because since then i have totally forgotten about it- got focused on my website. :) Maybe I'll post it again for old time's sake.
