The idea of using webinars to train your downline is very good, providing of course that all your affiliates understand English, or any other language you are going to do your webinars in. The webinars I have attended and in some cases used for training have always proved to be very useful.
With a webinar you can show your affiliates what they need to do instead of trying to explain it in words. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and in my experience this is very true.
There is a far better interaction available through a webinar, although of course this could also apply when using some of the other instant messaging services.
I would start off with one of the free webinar platforms available. This would put a restriction on the number of participants in your webinar but it should be fine when you first start.
You will need to plan what you are going to teach so you have any information needed at hand. There is nothing worse than going to a webinar and having to wait while the necessary training aids are found.
Do a couple of practice runs using friends and family to get used to the way the webinar works. Again a sure way to turn new people off is you not knowing how to use the program you are using.
You need to be professional from the very beginning.
I wish you every success with your webinar venture.
