There are Three areas that we should be prepared to conduct a successful Webinars
1. The Content Preparation - The content is the meat of your webinars.
a. The first thing to think about is your objective.
b. Then make the outline of the topics and sub-topics
c. Researched on your topic well
d. Make the materials needed to be able to present your topic.
2. The next thing to prepare are the technical requirements -
a. See to it that you have a good quality video and audio equipment.
b. You need to have a good internet connection
c. You should be familiar with the software that you will use.
You want to bring the message clearly to your audience so you can not sacrifice this technical requirements.
3. The conduct of the actual webinar
a. Send out your invitations in advance. Two weeks before the actual date is the minimum. and follow it up one or two days before the actual webinar. You advertise to attract more viewers to attend.
b. Set the right time for your audience and start on time.
c. Keep your audience engaged. Have a little fun with the presentation.
d. Be aggressive. You need to get your point across aggressively. You must leave a lasting impression. You are the leader and you need to act like one while conducting your presentation.
e. End by keeping them thirst for more and end on time.
