I would say without a shadow of doubt "word of mouth" ADs are probably the best and most effective if you are targeting affiliates who will take up the SFI Challenge.
This means:-
I can spend 2 hours or more explaining the SFI concept to my friends - this is usually a physical meeting
It strengthens the trust you will develop with the affiliate
Honesty in my explanations will be instrumental in the quality I will get in my Affiliates
How you portray the business opportunity will be vital
Friends, especially close ones are likely to drive your business because of the personal connection you have with them
Meeting people at random through traffic exchanges has, in my view not been one of my favorite advertising initiatives
This interaction is a guaranteed sign up and is far better than writing out an Ad.
People have different inhibitions they need to overcome and these are tackled well through personal contact. When you receive referrals through word of mouth advertising, it has a very positive impact to work with affiliates who come to you because they learnt of your success through a regular email you may have sent out to friends in your network.
