**I can't stress enough how imperative it is to get your audience excited before the webinar!
**A webinar creates a sense of urgency, and gives viewers a chance to ask questions.
**Ask people to post their questions beforehand.
If you have a blog, write a blog post about what people can expect to learn if they attend. This is not a sales pitch. It’s all valuable and educational content that motivates people to register.
You can also go and send an E-Card to your Down-line. It can be pretty effective.
Just make sure your URL is specific to direct mail so you can track whether or not it works.
In your follow up email you’ll include:
• A quick recap, How the webinar went and what was covered
• The webinar recording links, it’s a landing page you create above for your members, very in demand, if one follower can’t assist the Webinar he could watch it after.
• The webinar slides, you’d be surprised how many times we’ve been asked for these.
• Resources mentioned during the webinar.
• A request for feedback about the webinar, Start a conversation!
• A promotional offer for your guest.
Now it’s time for the webinar.
Make sure you record it because a good 50 % of those who register will not show up.
After the webinar send an email to everyone who registered with a link to the recording.
Put the recording on your website so you can track who visits and downloads.
You can also put it behind a landing page so anyone new has to enter their email address to download it.
Good Luck with your Webinar!
