I think that all countries are good for advertising SFI.Maybe is best to try a country where SFI is not so frequent as to develop a strong network on good ground, is a very good thing.
I think that countries that are poor can be good collaborators, because people need a job and sometimes internet provides a last chance to make money. Case in my country.
