I personally feel it is better to assign new affiliates under someone form their
country.Many times I can see them working together right away.
If you have a lot of referrals from India, do some research on that country.There are about 10 tribes there.Some do not get along.Looking at their names, they all carry one part of the tribal name.This should help.I have some very hard workers from India.
Every country has some hard workers.We all are in different stages of learning how to work a on line business.
No business is any good without advertising.New people cannot be left to themselves.
This is a huge site and it is sometimes overwhelming.
Since I cannot be on line 24/7, I ask all new people to join A2A so we can communicate better.I tell everyone it is good to start inviting leaders from their country to be their friends.
I ask my group to read in the forums,AskSC and review their starting lessons.Leaders are readers.
