I can only share from my experience - I have found that the whole world is open to SFI. No specific countries but be sure to tailor fit your main message for each country you advertise in to fit the needs of that local area.
Considerations would be to see what employment opportunities are like, how accessible are on-line services and do you need to translate campaigns into local languages so that responses are positive and have engagement for prospects.
SFI can be a benefit to anyone around the whole world - just remember that what is of interest to people in North America more than likely are not the primary needs or wants of people who live in Africa or any other part of the world.
Customization is the way to effective marketing in any country around the whole world.
