I believe that the best method for attracting College Students is the same method that works for all other categories of potential associates.
Before you begin define what you believe are the main reasons that SFI works for you or the Students you know!
1)Set up an Ad Campaign using Banners, flyers, posters and the school paper. Make sure that you have a mobile scan code on each one that leads to your own page targeting student issues and concerns. Ensure that the page explains what is required in terms of time, effort and other investments to succeed in SFI.
2)Create or advertise on a blog that appeals to those students. Is there an Official Student Union blog you can tap into?
3) Create a series of coffee events so that you can meet with a group of students and show them what SFI and Triple-Clicks are all about.
4)Use a T-Credit Gift Card to allow them to explore and try out Triple-Clicks and SFI through your gateway. (PS. you could make some of them PPA if you are concerned about out of pocket costs.)
5) Follow up on every lead by offering to assist them or host a live or on-line Q&A every couple of weeks which give you a chance at return or come along visitors on a regular basis.
6) Do Not overpromise!!! Do over-deliver!!!
I believe that we all have a responsibility to get SFI out of the realm of SPAM and questionable practices as far as the various online services like Google and Face-Book are concerned. I as everyone to be honest and ethical in their practices and attitudes and to stop the bait and switch and other tactics that I still see on a regular basis on sites like Hercu-list and others on the web, we are only hurting ourselves and fellow associates with this stuff!
