In your first month as an ECA, here is the list of things to do:
- Upon approval of your ECA application, log in to ECA Center with your ECA ID number and password. Take time to review the content and features of your ECA Center.
- Start setting up your TConnect website. This includes adding your company logo, company profile, ensuring your contact information is correct and so on.
- Before listing your products, you need to comply in submitting your company’s returns policy.
- Sign up in TripleClicks/ECA blog site for important ECA news, tips and training.
- Study the ECA Guidelines, it may take time to become familiar with the list of Dos and Don’ts for selling at TripleClicks, but it is very important to observe them. For more details: https://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/Guidelines.php
- Review the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) about ECA. It contains important information for operating your ECA store.
List of Don’ts for ECA members:
- Don’t start listing your products without submitting your company’s returns policy.
- Don’t bribe any of your customers just to get a positive review of your products. Product reviews are mixtures of positive and negative. Responding to your customer about item’s shortcomings and resolving the issue is vital for good customer service.
- Don’t include products information that you can’t deliver. This will be deemed as misleading your customers and you’ll end up in bad reputation.
- Don’t post your promotions using a2a or Stream Post. It is prohibited.
- Don’t forget to thank your customers for patronizing your products.
