This is a good question.
I personally believe to have contact with my PSA’s / CSA’s. It’s nice to welcome a new affiliate and it make him/her feel at home and they realise that they made contact with a real person and not a robot.
It is important to keep in contact with them so that they can follow me on the system and ask questions. So no autopilot will do the same and make them feel at home.
