As per SFI its very easy to become team leader but your PSA's & CSA's should be active and You have to "work with the workers" than sponsoring, gift cards, referrals & Standing Order can make you Team Leader, Its not necessary that you have been a leader before, and no one was born as a leader, working with great attitude and positive goals can achieve success in SFI team leader.
