For every new affiliate the information that needs to be consumed to understand the business model, work ethic and commitment required to perform at SFI - not to mention the e-marketing skills that you will learn to promote your business can be overwhelming.
If you have achieve ECA status in your first month, you will have spent the time to consume some of the information, but there is still a long road ahead.
As you begin to build your down line, the important thing is to focus on duplication so that your example will teach others what to do - just as you duplicate what your upline is doing.
You will notice that your upline remains humble, positive and apply themselves daily to their task.
So in answer to your question:
Do not forget to communicate with your down line on a regular basis.
Do not feed negative sentiment to your down line, you will discourage them.
Do not leave questions that your down line ask unanswered.
Do not forget to welcome each new affiliate and offer your help.
Do not forget that your leadership is by a set example - they will duplicate what you do.
Do not forget to grow your business and DO something everyday that will advance your proficiency in SFI.
