I think there are two issues that you are dealing with:
(i) Ensuring that you are giving the best support you can manage to your team
(ii) Being assured that they are duplicating your advise
According to SFI rules of success when you have become an Executive Affiliate yourself and maintain it by setting up a standing order of at least 1500 versa points, you can then focus on building a strong team through advertising and sponsoring. You can also look at other avenues of income with SFI such as ECA.
It is said for a successful and quality team you need at least five active affiliates who will also maintain their EA status and also recruit other active affiliates.
Duplication implies your affiliates are doing as well as you are doing. You can check the progress of your affiliates by visiting their ledgers. From there you can see where they are lacking and advise accordingly. In this regard you have ensured that you have given them the best support. On the other to be assured yourself that your affiliates will duplicate your ideas will largely depend on them. It is them who have to put the ideas into practice. You are leading them but they have to work to realise their dreams.
