As we all know, duplication is the key of success in this job. So it is very important to make it happen! People mostly make mistake by working slowly with new PSA's!
Make a strategy of success for first 3 months that will show them that only duplication is the key of success! Make them become EA in first 15 days! So if they want to succeed they will have to work on duplication, bring new PSA's as many as possible and teach their own PSA's to do the same thing. Next month they'll be able to stay EA, and while new PSA's are arriving third month will definitely be the month of BTL! It's simple!
Letting them be an EA for to long is not so good. Because of loosing a lot of benefits, it's so slow and harder to grow, then they lose will and so your duplication falls down.
Also, to be shore your Duplication will grow, as a Leader you have to show your affiliates that success is possible in just few months and also show them that you want to see them on the top and lead them to it.
