So even though you are not a born leader you can just become team leader of SFI by dedication, hard work, sincerity, Maintaining relationship with the customers, affiliates and also with the future affiliates.
The major qualities for an SFI Team leader are guiding the down-line affiliates, taking suggestions from up-line team, advertising, explaining about SFI to colleagues, friends and making SFI more popular all around the country and then the world.
If an affiliate works hard, sincerely follow all the basics and action points and increase their versa points day by day they will be succeeding in SFI and reaches the end point more and more quickly.
Thus if one wants to be an SFI leader they need not be a born leader
