Autopilot in business? No such thing. Yes, there are ways to work smarter, but there is no "autopilot" in any real business. Allow me to explain:
Lets say one open a coffee shop in town. You have to be there every day and serve your customers in a way that will make them feel that they want to return to your shop, but even further....they may bring their friends or family along. At a certain point of success, you may appoint a "manager" for your shop, but you will still be accountable and on control of your shop, so you will have to train that manager well before you leave his business in his hands. If all goes really well, you open a franchised shop in another street or town, and start the same process.
SFI is the same: You need to be there every day. Your "customers" are your Affiliates, and you need to serve them well. If a PSA invite his friends and family to your business, he do it with purpose and reason, and you may just appoint that PSA as the manager of your business. That "manager" then are doing his best to maintain and grow "his business", and although you will still have to keep an eye on the business, you will like to build on your success, and open another business.....
There is no autopilot for life, and the way we are doing things. There is no autopilot for business either......
