SFI is about duplication. This means that you want everyone to be doing as you are doing, so for that to be, you must be one of the crowd.
Seriously, To be one of the SFI Leaders who stands out from the crowd, simply work with your team. Ensure that you are giving them the support they deserve and expect. Don't over extend the number of new affiliates you try to sponsor.
I get my affiliates by purchasing a ten pack PSA to Go from TripleClicks. As they come in, I send them a personal welcome letter from SFI's Affiliate Page and them transfer them into my Contacts Management Program. From there I categorise them as new Affiliates and send them a short instructive email each day for three days on a topic that will help them get started. Fast Track, E365 etc.
On the fourth day I send them a letter wishing them well and encouraging them to keep in contact, them I re-categorise them to my second group where they stay for a month. Each day I monitor there efforts and send tips etc if I see any action.
If after a month they have not started I place them in the also ran file and they recieve weekly mailers.
My point is that keeping track of just ten new PSAs a week is more than enough work if I am to give them the time they deserve and hopefully I don't loose any long the way.
Hope this helps
