The answer to this would have to be a resounding no. Maybe when you have attained the rank of PTL and have a team so big that it feeds itself then you can however, in the early stages it is important that you are involved in your business every day.
You have a responsibility to all of the members in your team to assist them in reaching their goals and you cannot do this by remote control. There are many sponsors out their who fail to provide the assistance that is asked of them and that leads to affiliates becoming disgruntled, disappointed and end up leaving.
So again I say No, you must be in it to win it (Oh how I hate cliches)
