The best way, I believe, to get your SFI business operating in maximum capacity is to develop a team of individuals who are your ACTIVE affiliates.
Once you have developed a strong team of affiliates who are doing GREAT work on your team, you might be able to change your strategy from GAINING to teaching. Teaching your active affiliates how to be great recruiters then becomes an active role.
The more you teach them, the greater their team will become. The better their team becomes the more confidence they have in order do more. The more they do, the more successful they become AND inadvertently, the more successful you are.
