As far as I know we are all born innocent like a new computer.To really become a Leader you need to mix with people that are motivated and ambitious!!
This what I realize and it took me a very long time to realize even thou you are a go getter and you mix with downers your ambition is killed because to communicate with them you need to drop to their level.And believe me It is a very lonely feeling.There are not many people who see true success because we get in a comfort zone which is usually very exciting.Have you ever notice all the things in life that leads to nowhere is very exciting!!But as you know "SUCCESS is boredom of doing the same thing over and over until you become a professional!!.
So we are not born leaders we have to Dream Big Think High!!Whatever the mind perceive it can achieve you just need to apply the actions to get you there.There will be stumbling blocks use these as stepping stones lessons of what not to do for you know the result and do not stop just keep pressing forward!!
So for me to show what an awesome Leader I am here at SFI.I must always have my ledger up to date(well kept in all areas) and and duplicate my myself in my PSAs and CSAs.Try to get them on the same wave length of thinking I know it not going to be easy but I know that it can be done!!! Where there is a will there is a way.
To be a leader you need the mind set of a leader and to accomplish this.You need to do this
"Surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers .The believers and the thinker.But most of all surround yourself with those who see greatness in you.Even when you don't see it yourself"!!!!
