Very good question that has a very fortunate answer. You do not need to be a born leader to be a leader in SFI.
One of the beauties of SFI is it's mainly an online business (although you can market offline as well). What this means is you can be the most introverted, non-social butterfly on the planet, and you can still be that leader.
Here's why:
It is not difficult getting to Leader status in SFI. Just do your daily tasks, get involved in TripleClicks and PriceBenders, Standing Order, go through the training and many other activities you should be doing as a leader anyway.
In addition, guide your affiliates to the resources SFI has; guide them in what you have done and continue to do, send weekly messages to your PSA's and CSA's for training and motivation (no high pressure upgrade pitches) and those that "get it" will follow in your footsteps. Those that don't, won't.
All the above can be done while you hide behind your computer screen, in a bathrobe, wearing your nerdy glasses, in your parents basement without a friend in the world outside of SFI, and still be an awesome leader, because you don't have to see or talk to anyone.
The entire SFI system allows you to be duplicable and a leader at the same time without "Born Leadership" skills.
