This will do the recruiting for you at a cost and can sometimes have fair results and other times feel like you are just wasting dollars.
The one thing that doesn't change is that these referrals will need a sponsor to show them around the site and get them ready to make money online. You will need to build a blog or website for team support and recruiting at some point and learn to promote it and build your team so skipping any of the vital training is out of the question.
