Hello Gabriela
The term 'born leader' is a fallacy, created many years ago by those in the higher levels of our society with the aim to excluding and discouraging those of the lower levels of society from becoming influential.
'Leaders are Readers'
All leaders have 'developed' into what they are today and in most cases it has been through reading the right information. They do not stop there though. A leader will then take action upon the knowledge they have gained and help others to duplicate their knowledge and action. It is through this that they attain leadership qualities.
In the case of SFI you can become a great leader by reading and understanding the way in which the SFI business operates, applying that knowledge and helping your own team members to duplicate.
Some places on SFI to gain this knowledge are
+ SFI Basics - https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
+ Launchpad - https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad
+ SFI Rules Of Success - https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index
+ Ask SC - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc
+ SFI Forum - https://www.sfimg.com/forum
I would also suggest that you purchase or borrow some books written by or about successful leaders. When you read these books you will find common characteristics and habits of leaders. These include:
+ Honestly
+ Loyalty
+ Love of people
+ Determination
+ Persistence
+ Generosity of spirit
+ Clear thinking
+ Goal oriented
Being a leader also means being organised. If you cannot organise yourself you have very little hope of organising or teaching others. To improve in this area you should be reading books about management. Although there are many management books I would like to suggest just one to you.
+ 80/20 Manager by Richard Koch
The lessons learned in this book can be applied to many parts of your business and your personal life.
I hope this help you Gabriela
