How do you assure duplications happen or take place in those you sponsor, my dear let me be frank with you, in SFI here it's not your duty to begin monitor if your PSA recruit, it's the duty of your PSA because it's their own business too. Your business is to teach your PSAs to do what you do to build your business. If your PSAs refuses to recruit, well it's their business, so my dear work with the workers in your downline. Moreover I don't think any if your movers or serious affiliate will not be burning to recruit PSAs because we all know that's were our great income come from.
Stop waiting time to assure your PSAs are recruiting. It's your duty to recruit and teach them what you do because you want to make more money just the way your sponsor recruited you to make more money. So if you refuse to recruit, your sponsor is already making money on you as long you remain EA. He has taught you what he did to boost his business, likewise do the same and don't wait for him or her to check or force you to recruit and duplicate.
Am not saying you should not care about your 2nd 3rd and so on generations, if your PSAs you sponsor recruited, it's your duty to carry them along as an upline team leader because you get matching VPs from them but not to be making sure they recruited, they already know it's their duty to recruit just as it's your duty that you recruited them. Teach and encourage your PSAs to do what you are doing period.
