While there is no way to manage the *whole* business on autopilot--heck, you have to log in to keep from going inactive, even with a successful downline--but there are efforts you can make in that direction so that you can focus on the parts of the business that you like. For example, you can set up a standing order to recruit for you, either with the S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. You can set up digital products that download and distribute without you being present. I suppose, in theory, you could hire a person to log in every day and do your tabs, maintenance, and even training. Being able to afford all of that, however, may be cost-prohibitive.
Besides, in the end, this system works entirely because of the personal element. You need to train your network. You need to improve your stores, build your connections, and stay aware of all the really important news. Just being here is a training and enrichment process that I wouldn't want to miss. Besides, those "autopilot" businesses? I see a lot of people "plugging into" those, but if they really worked as advertised, there would be a lot more rich people out there... and I can tell you, as someone who stays active in the local and online communities, things would not be this tough all over.
Forget "autopilot." Be here to do something you enjoy, or find something else you enjoy and do that. I wish you all the success in the world. I'm here because I like it and I want to be here. I certainly hope you find something like that for yourself.
