This is very important aspect of SFI Business - 'Duplication' - and all affiliates by now as they go through their training and who have surpassed their training period should know the importance of duplication.
Whom you sponsor becomes your down line and is part of your team and your success is when they succeed. This is a chain system where every one succeeds if they do duplication even your PSA's will have a team of their own in time to come and they will have to teach their down line duplication.
How you can assure duplication happens in your down line:
# be an example do what you want your down line to do.
# send T-Mail, E-Mail, E-Cards to your down line to encourage and help them.
# answer any questions that your down line asks you.
# be patient with yourself and them.
# do not force them but allow them to make choices when and how to do their SFI business.
You do your part the very best you can and sponsor more affiliates and build your team,there will be 'one in a thousand' who will do as you do , one day rest be assured in these that you will succeed no matter what.
