One method that I employ is to ascertain the extent or depth of the immediate association of the prospective new affiliate that I am recruiting.
This is best established by asking questions related to your new recruit.
How many people are there in their immediate family?
What do they do for a living?
Do they belong to any sports clubs, forums of general interest etc.?
Where do they live?
Once you have established this, I explain, that rather than the new affiliate joining directly under me:
– I would rather that they get their contacts to join under themself to get them off
to a good start
– once the new affiliate has achieved EA status.
I then discuss all the possibilities and in no time their own minds start kicking into gear and they begin to realize the potential and reach that they have within their own network.
Once the duplication principle kicks in, by the now EA affiliate – I continue to stress the importance of recruiting and building their down line.
SFI make it easy by educating the new affiliate continuously so that they grasp the basic component of success at SFI.
Your encouragement and conversing with your AFF affiliate, bringing back the conversation you had with them at the introduction stage will go a long way to keep them focused and return to their original commitment.
