the only way you can be sure that duplication happens in your downline is to be in contact with your downline and teach them about duplication.
Use all possibilities that SFI provides us with:
- E-Cards
- Team messager
- Instant messager
- Stream....etc.
Contact your PSAs and CSAs at the moment they join,help them to start successfuly and to learn the most important facts about this business as soon as possible.One of them is DUPLICATION.It's your role as a Sponsor to help and support your PSAs.Let them know that you're always there for them.You can even connect with them on social networks and start more friendly relationship.Do whatever it takes to be an awseome Sponsor.Remember what TEAM stands for: TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More.
You can also reassign some of your PSA to new members of your downline.It's important to lead by example.You can't expect your downline to do anything you're not doing.
