First, a tip. Make sure you have reviewed and saved your automatic welcome message SFI sends to your new PSA's, as well as new CSA's. Your "New PSA Greeting" and "New CSA Greeting" can be seen and edited here: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/Miscellaneous
TeamMail messages via your Genealogy, as well as the PSA Mailer and CSA Mailer at the Power Tools tab, are sent to the Affiliate's registered e-mail address, and to their "TeamMail" inbox at their SFI Affiliate Center.
My take on this, is that Affiliates, who have not confirmed their email address, will not get the message. And those who log in only occasionally, will not see the alert SFI puts on their homepage. Many may not even click on the link to read my automatic welcome message (you can see if they have by looking at their VP Ledger).
After a couple of days (enough time to have had a look around and read my automatic message), I send a follow-up email directly to each new team member, using the emails listed on the Genealogy page. Some get a welcome and encouragement to get going; some get a welcome and "well done" for a good start to their VP total.
Sending an individual welcome letter to new team members enables you to check their email addresses are functional, and allows you an avenue of communication you may not have if you rely on group mailings alone.
If you get no response from your emails, you may like to try a search in Facebook, using the email address your new team member gave when signing up. People may not reply to emails (or even read them), but in this part of the world everyone reads an incoming Facebook message.
