1. Get a self hosted Wordpress Blog.
2. Install the All In One SEO plugin.
3. Read the instructions on using the plugin so you know what information you need to pull from your content.
4. Write informative post about the things people are interested in and searching for in your niche.
5. Use a ping service like Feed Shark to announce new post to blog search engines.
6. Do all of the above every 3-5 days when possible and no less often than 2 post a month.
7. Make sure to enable sharing buttons in Wordpress Jetpack so people can easily link to your content from their social media profile.
8. Keep writing great content so other authors will link to it as a source in their own post.
9. Guest blog when you can and link back to content on your own site at least via your signature on those post.
10. Respond to comments and ask your readers for feedback to keep them interested in your blog.
