Good Day!

Based on my experience, every time I send GROUP MAIL to my 70 1st Gen-PSAs and 150 CSAs, I never received a single response from them.

Here is what I found out, all messages that I sent to them, they thought those were only notifications coming from SFI corporate email and they tend to read them later. But this does't mean that sending GROUP MAILER in our GENEALOGY page is not effective. Apart from getting 30 VERSA POINTS every week for sending GROUP MAIL to your PSAs & CSAs, this will give you the convenience of sending messages without typing individual email address. This will still depends on YOU on how to UTILIZE the group mailer so efficiently.

And to answer your question, It is really WORTHWHILE to send individual welcome letters to the new PSAs because this will not only establish relationship and create great first impression to your new PSAs but also develop TRUST with them and let them feel the TRUE WARM WELCOME from their SPONSOR and that is YOU.

Here is a sample of the WELCOME Letter to my new PSAs/CSAs that I adapt from Sir David Hurley from his e-Book "SFI Affiliates Success Handbook"

When I started to use below WELCOME Letter and send this individually to my PSAs, 5 of them responded and this really motivates me more to help them whenever they need my assistance.

My name is ___________. I'm your sponsor and this is just a quick note to say, "Welcome to SFI"!

If you need any help, please don't hesitate to contact me either via the SFI message system or by my email.

*** GET ACTIVE - GET REWARDED! ***

I am an active member of SFI and if you also get active, I will help and support you!

If you achieve Executive Affiliate (EA) status with SFI during THIS month, I will add you to my Affiliate Rewards Program.
