You will be sending regular newsletters once per week to the team, as usual but a welcome letter must go out on the day of sign up.
When a new PSA signs in to the affiliate Center for the first time he will be greeted with a welcome letter from his sponsor. The sponsor must set up this letter and save it.
You should also send a welcome letter by team mail within 24 hours. New PSA's need to know about important actions such as fast tracking and staying above the green line.
Just imagine that a new PSA receives a letter from you about duplicating(for example) because it is your next team's newsletter. Would it be effective if you did not introduce yourself in a prior communication?
It s a good idea to mention that you will be sending them weekly newsletters
