No. I won’t suggest individual welcome letters to the new PSAs but send the letters through Team Mail. I am telling you this for various reasons.
First of all, when we send welcome letters to their individual email addresses, there is no guarantee that it will reach them safely unless they white list SFI in their address book. But if we send the welcome letters through Group Mailings or Team Mailings, it will have two impacts instead of one. It will reach to their respective SFI inboxes and also to their registered email ID inbox.
Hence, I would suggest strongly that the Group Mailings are absolutely good and safe by all means.
