According to my opinion it should not but you may set up an email capture and auto responder for your blog though it is not necessary for the following points of view
Email capture and auto responder will perform a great role to maintain your blog/website traffic, visitors if you are a large businessman even a top enroller in SFI. Otherwise it is not very important to set only to promote SFI & TripleClicks business through your blog/website
