from my experience, we deal with new challenge almost every day.At the very beginning it was to understand and learn everything about SFI and TripleClicks.Then to collect 1500 VPs to improve my status from AFF to EA,EA2...
The next one was to build my own team,wake up the sleeping ones,convince the active ones that it's necessary to communicate to get the kind of help they really need.Right now,my challenge is to become a BTL...I'm still working on this one.I can't tell you which one was the greatest.What I can tell you is they will keep on coming.
What you actually need to overcome the challenges is persistance,determination and patience.You will not become successful and rich over night.This is not a fairy tale.This is a real business,it requieres hard,everyday's work.But,it's worth it!!!
