For being successful in any business particularly in SFI following are the personal characteristics and skills we need. Remember the skills can be developed over time.
1. Being Passionate about the business- When you are being passionate you do it against all odds
2. Being Positive thinker- One needs to think positive about the outcome of the actions. The people surrounding you have many negative thinkers/ talkers . Develop association and friendship with only Positive thinkers.
3.Should have Patience: Some people achieve their goals quickly some take more time . One should not compare own's success with success of others. They have different abilities, surroundings, aspirations and such other things than you .
4.Self starter: You should be self driven. You should also adapt good things / techniques quickly and should have open mind of change.
5. Should start dreaming big and should keep you Aims high. Plan to achieve these dreams using SFI as a platform
6. Should be helpful to others
7. Should be a risk taker
There are many such characteristics and skills. If we develop a few of them and practice them in our behaviour ,we are near to the success
